Own Account
Each employee is assigned their own personal account protected with a password and features available to them are controlled by flexible permissions. |

View Schedule
Employee's can access their own schedule in several different views and depending on your configuration access to open shift lists, call off lists, coworker's scheduled on that day, coworker's PTO on that day, birthdays, and make their own PTO requests all from the schedule screen. |

Request Open Shifts
Employees can request open shifts from an auto-generated list, allowing them to select a start/end time and leave comments. Administrators will need to approve these requests. |

Request Paid Time Off
Employees can create paid time off (PTO) requests. |
|
|
Peer Review
Organizations that wish to use a coworker seniority voting system for PTO requests can use our Peer Review system, allowing administrators to send PTO requests for review from administrator selected peers. |

Availability
Employees can enter reoccurring availability and special single instance availability entries to help administrators determine who can fill shifts when creating the schedule. |
|
|
Shift Trades
Employees can trade shifts among coworkers, the ability to trade shifts can be turned on/off per employee and an administrator has the final word in the process. |

|
Report Overtime
Employees can submit an overtime form once finished working to be compensated for time worked. These forms are administrator approved before acceptance. |

Announcements
Employees can view announcements posted by the administrators. |

|
Messages
Each employee has their own message box. Messages are similar to email but are internal to PlanIt. With each employee having their own message box this allows easy communication between employees. |

Notification Settings
Employees can select how they receive certain notifications from the system. |
|
|
Walls
Employees can exchange messages in the form of wall posts between everyone on the organization's wall or with their platoon on the platoon wall. |

PTO Overview
Employees can see their paid time off history, pending requests, and remaining PTO hours from one location. |
|
|
Open Shift Overview
Employees can see open shifts they requested and previous requests that have been accepted. |
|
|
Certifications
Employees can add and submit changes to their own certifications, and are kept up to date of their expiring certifications. |
|
|
Contact Information
Employees can submit changes to their mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses and text message devices. An unlimited number of each can be stored. |

Medical
Employees can add and submit changes to their company required medical records. |
|
|
Timesheets
If payroll exporting is used, employees can view time sheets once released by administrators summarizing their pay for a selected pay period. |

Employee Address Book
Employees may select which information to store in the company wide employee address book and look up other employees when needing to contact them. |

My Incentive Points
Employees who are belong to organizations that offer volunteer retention programs can track their own incentive points. |
